Our 20 year old furnace (coming with our newly purchased home) finally reached the end of its lifetime. We contacted 3 HVAC companies and Coffman emerged as the best option (mostly because Cliff, representing the company, by far was the most competent person we interacted with during this initial process — and he even stopped by twice during installation to make sure things were going well). Daniel, Victor, Wyatt, Noah then proceeded to install everything; we were impressed by their professionalism and the attention to detail in their work. We’ve gone out of our way to mention people’s names in this review because they really did do a great job, and like to think that giving credit in this manner means something.

All of my dealings with Coffman, which included new furnace and a/c have been great. Cleaned up well. All employees were very nice and friendly. If someone was going to be late, they called and let me know. All around great.

Coffman quiclkly dispatched a technician on a Sunday for our over-heating boiler. Following a thorough diagnosis, parts were promptly ordered on Monday, and the problem fixed on Tusday. And Coffman did not charge for the second trip. .
